You may have one man and one woman but no more than one of each gender. |

That is a personal decision to be made by the family. There is no hard and fast rule. |

Can I change my child’s Godparents after the baptism has been performed? |

No. Godparents are a matter of historical record and that record cannot be changed. Godparents however have no legal standing and you can handle the situation any way you choose within your own family or circle of friends. |

How do I schedule a wedding? |

The church office must be called at least six months in advance to ensure the date is set and arrangements made. The phone number is 847-956-0130. |

Does my fiancée have to be Catholic for us to be married in the church? |

No. |

Must my fiancée or I be a parishioner of St. Julian Eymard to be married there? |
| A: |
You must live within the parish boundaries. St. Julian cannot perform weddings for couples outside of its parish boundaries since we would not be able to accommodate our own brides. |

How do I make funeral arrangements for a deceased loved one? |

In most cases the funeral home will make the arrangements with the church. Specific questions can be answered by calling the parish office at 847-956-0130. |
